OUR SERVICES

Start Feeling Better

Mental health care designed by those who understand service. Our veteran doctors and staff provide compassionate, specialized therapy for veterans and their families, because we've been there too.

You don't have to carry this alone.

PTSD & Trauma

Whether it's combat or loss of fellow service members, trauma takes many forms. We use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you process traumatic experiences.

Our licensed providers work with you to process trauma safely, build effective coping strategies, and regain a sense of control over your life.

A middle-aged man, in uniform, sits in a group setting listening intently.
A woman looks down at the floor, showing an expression of sorrow. She is being embraced and supported by other uniformed people around her.

Get back, or improve, your sense of stability and control.

Anxiety & Depression

Constant worrying, panic attacks, or feeling disconnected from the things that used to matter can make everyday life feel impossible. With approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods we help you manage symptoms, understand what triggers them, and develop tools that work for your life.

Find your footing

Reintegration &
Transition Support

Leaving the military means leaving behind structure, mission, and identity. Civilian life doesn't come with a manual, and figuring out who you are outside the uniform can feel overwhelming.

ValorMynd providers help you navigate this transition by equiping you with the tools you need to find purpose, build a career that fits, form new connections, and adjust to a pace of life that might feel foreign.

A man sits in a group therapy session and excitedly speaks, engaging those around him.
A mother, in uniform, hugs her child as they smile at the camera.

For those we love, and for those who love us.

Relationship &
Family Issues

Military service affects everyone in the family. Deployment, reintegration, hypervigilance, emotional distance...these experiences change how you connect with the people you love.

We work with couples and families to address communication breakdowns, rebuild intimacy, and help everyone understand how service has shaped your relationships.
